Les Tam Slings

Want a great Service Rifle Sling for competition??

Take a look at Les Tam ( leslietam@aol.com ) slings, he has no web site just an e-mail address. You e-mail him he'll give you a phone number to call. You talk to him, get the order right, and he'll give you an address to send a check to. He gets the check, finishes your sling and mails it right out to you. He is in Hawaii, it will take about 2 weeks from the time of receipt of funds before the sling will be shipped out via USPS Priority Mail. Now I know its not like getting one off the self, but it will be made custom for you. All prices include postage and handling via US Postal Service Priority Mail in the United States.

When you are ready to order a sling, here are a few things to have thought about before hand. Les will be asking you a few questions like:

Type of Rifle?
Color: Brown or black?
Type of Hooks: brass or gray steel parkerized or stainless steel?
Your height and body weight?
Length of upper half long strap needed: If not sure of length, wait till you talk to Les.
Riveted or sewn keepers?
Upper keeper to fit either 2 or 3 layers of leather strap?
Emblem desired: Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, or US eagle?
Initials or short name (not more than 4 characters)?
Les will stamp the current year on the sling, like "2003"

Les is a real nice guy to work with. I would like to go over to see him, and go boar hunting with him some time.
