Don’t Forget These Items on Your SCUBA Trip
If you’re thinking of booking a SCUBA trip you’re going to need to prepare more than by just watching tropical movies on your DIRECT TV. Here are a few of the items you can’t forget to pack on your once of a lifetime SCUBA vacation.
Sunscreen: Think you can’t get burned while you’re in the water? Think again. The water actually reflects light so you can get MORE burned than on shore and you’ll likely spend a lot of time on the boat waiting to dive in, anyway.
Travel Cell Phone: Just in case something happens you’ll be happy to have a phone that works internationally. Try to find one with low roaming charges and if possible, one that has a replaceable battery so you won’t have to worry about the outlet situation.
Underwater Camera: When you’re 30 feet down you’re going to want to take some pictures of what you’re seeing! Get out that waterproof camera (a waterproof camera case works just as well) and get it all developed when you get home so as not to risk a mistake.
